CHARACTER DESIGN AND VISUAL DEVELOPMENT.

This is one of my made-up stories that started as an "Inktober" concept. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to redesign it and take it seriously as a project.
"Fangs" tell the story of a young boy who figured out that his shocking body differences with his adopted family were a little too suspicious, so with the help of his magic boyfriend and his loyal pet bat, Beau will be on his way to unveil his complicated past.

"The Royal Babysitter" is a made-up concept by me. I got to develop the idea for a university project, and after two years I decided to redesign the characters and update them to fit my current drawing style.

The story follows a bubbly girl called Celeste, who gets assigned to look after the two most important beings on the planet, The Evil Baby (Prince of the darkness), and The Good Baby (Prince of all that´s good and fair). Celeste's duty is to make sure the babies behave the way they were intended to, however her job gets increasingly difficult when she realises one of them is a cry-baby and the other is a troublemaker, and not the other way around.

This is one of my favourite movies of all time and I decided to study its scenes to practice visual development and character design. I redesigned the five main characters and their outfits, landing on a style that resembles a mix of anime and my own cartoonish style, with a little bit of sexy.

All in all, it has been so much fun to revisit this amazing movie and imagine what it would lick like if it was an animated film or show.

WITCHES
This is a project I started as an Inktober years ago. Now I want to take those ideas and use them as inspiration for my visual development. Here is only one but I am working on the few that will come next.
